I love the sound of a well-played trombone. I would never take it up though, I'm sure I would be constantly knocking-over my music stand.
That should be our National Anthem.
My pop played 1st trombone in the OU marching band in the fifties so thanks for the memories. At least I think thanks is the right word.
He tried to force me to follow the tradition but "Stairway to Heaven" on a slide horn failed to impress wimin and I gave it up.
As a horn player, I'm always suspect of those slide guys. But, a brilliant rendition.
