I couldn't get through the whole video, quit as the bathroom was being filmed. I really don't know what to say other than I own no rentals and that's a blessing.
Thank you my dear Internet friend. I do have a small rental – a place I lived in myself for 5 years – happily I might add. The first tenant left it quite a mess – the service your posting managed to perform was for me to think that the mess wasn't bad at all. Forgiveness was easy after all that. I also could not finish the whole thing. One thing for sure is that rental property isn't the "cash cow" people think it is. More like a cash drain hole. Where in God's green earth do you find this stuff? Prefer your beautiful writing and poetry. Lorraine
We have a neighbour who is a "hoarder". Her place had to be fumigated and inspected twice by the Ministry of Health because of the smell from her cats. Stuff was piled up everywhere…
She's a nice lady, though. I think she's a schoolteacher or something.
Also, thanks for the tips. The next fancy soiree I'm invited to will be one jug of saki richer for it! (I'm saving the Steel Reserve for weddings.)

Seriously, I don't even need to watch the video. We were landlords for a while. We know who the true victims are.
Used to have a mobile home park and motel (which had cute little efficiency apartments we rented by the week). We also rented the FURNISHED mobile homes by the week, to people who could not scrape together a full month's rent at once…
Used shovels more that a few times to clean.
